Built in late 2007, this is the ideal vacation getaway home if you are looking for some privacy. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms are master rooms with their own private en-suites. The comfortable living room is tastefully decorated and also has a sofa bed for extra guests. There is a direct access from the living room onto the pool deck which is decorated with modern and appropriate patio furniture and 4 sun loungers. The pool deck can also be accessed from the second master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom, making it easy to shower up after a swim. You will have the luxury of swimming in your own private pool which has an outdoor Jacuzzi attached. Escape the heat of Florida and socialize under the covered lanai, which also has its own ceiling fans. Rest assured as you watch your children play around the pool area as there is also a safety net around the pool deck.

The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, and has everything you could ever dream of and more when it comes to vacation homes. The tiled floors give this home a real Mediterranean feel as do the high ceiling fans that are found in almost every room and even outdoors. Dine in the formal dining room that seats 6 or choose to have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar which has an additional 6 stools.

In total, this lovely home has 5 TVs and DVD players. You will have the pleasure of watching the 42” flat screen TV while relaxing in the main living room or alternatively you can watch the 27” TV in the master bedrooms or the 20” TVs in the twin bedrooms that share a communal bathroom. Both master bedrooms have two beautiful en-suites with his and hers vanities to make you feel really at home. You will never get bored with the games room in the converted garage that has a foosball table and darts for board for your enjoyment.
