We recommend renting a car to get around the area.

Other Things to Note

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: 4 extra toilet papes rolls, 8 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 sponge, 1 bag of clothes detergent, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap & one toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash outside daily to clean home.
Regular Trash/Black Container: Monday Mornings
Recycle/Green Container: Friday Mornings

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

RULES AND GUIDELINES
• We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as the would their own home.
• For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house.
• We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non observance of the house rules or damages.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.
